The truth is that ministry was never intended to be done in isolation. Yet many pastors today find themselves operating without the support or guidance of a covering.
We believe that if we can identify life-giving ministries and individuals, and come alongside them by providing consultation, accountability, and encouragement, they will grow and be strengthened. Through our support, pastors will experience a renewed confidence, churches will see increased engagement, and leaders will be equipped to serve their communities more effectively.
